The terms “COCOCHARD” or “we” refer to the owner of the website whose name is SC HAPPICIF PNK SRL. The term “your” refers to the user or viewer of our website. The term “Website” refers to our website.

We may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Please read the Terms and Conditions and come back often. If you do not agree with any modification of the terms, then you must immediately stop using the website. Any change made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.


To use some of the services or features made available on this website, you will need to register. When you register, you are asked to provide information about yourself which is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. In order to make purchases on the website, you will be asked to provide your personal data. In particular, you must provide your real name telephone number, e-mail address and other requested information, as indicated. In addition, you will be required to provide the payment details that you represent and warrant that they are both valid and correct and confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.

The website is only available to natural persons and other persons who meet COCOCHARD’s eligibility conditions, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank accepted by COCOCHARD, whose applications are acceptable to COCOCHARD and who have authorized COCOCHARD to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise they purchase.

In order to pay for the ordered items, you expressly authorize us to carry out some checks to validate your card and authenticate your identity.

In addition, you agree that we may use the personal information provided by you to carry out appropriate anti-fraud checks.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and the items in your cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.

Before sending the order, please carefully review the information about the order, payment, delivery and billing address.

Shortly after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail in which we confirm that we have received your order. Please note that this email is not a confirmation of the order and that this order is not binding for us at that time. A binding agreement was concluded between you and COCOCHARD when we confirm the dispatch of your order by e-mail.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain payment authorization, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular product, if the product you ordered is out of stock or does not meet our quality control standards and is withdrawn or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria established in the Terms.

We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time, at our discretion. We will not be liable to you or to any third party due to or withdrawal of any product from the website, regardless of whether the product has been sold or not; removing, checking, or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or canceling or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Pricing policy

The prices displayed on the website are in EURO or RON. The company is not a VAT payer.

All prices and offers remain valid as announced from time to time. The price in EURO or RON of a product displayed on the website at the time of order acceptance will be honored, except in cases of error.

Product prices are set when we post an item using existing currency exchange rates. These prices may change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted or if the items are subject to discounts at any time during the sale period.

If you are a non-Romanian customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in EURO or RON, the final price will be calculated according to the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
Discount codes do not apply to products that are already discounted.
In the case of a return of products purchased with a discount code, only the amount paid after applying the discount coupon will be refunded.


Payment can be made online with a personal or company card, under totally secure conditions. We accept cards under the logos of VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro if they have CVV2/CVC2).

We do not charge any additional fees for card transactions.

Card data processing is done automatically on PlatiOnline servers.

The security of your personal information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not keep the personal data of your card, but sends them encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. Therefore, your data is secured and protected.

For Romanian customers who have bank accounts opened in Romania, payment will be made in lei.

For customers outside Romania, regardless of the currency you have in your account, the payment will be made in EURO, at the exchange rate of your bank.

We reserve the right to refuse a payment that does not seem secure. The payment will be debited and released from your account upon dispatch of your order by cocochard.

We also accept cash on delivery payment for the notebooks.
For this service, we charge an additional fee of 5 lei which will appear on your invoice as a “Cash delivery fee”.


We offer free shipping in Romania for our Notebooks.

We deliver in Romania through the partner LivrariOnline, which determines the best option for the courier company based on your address. Delivery is made in about 1-3 working days.

We try to ship the same day we received your order if the order was sent before 12 noon.

For digital products, we offer you instant access to them after the payment has been validated.


Please send us an email tohello@cocochard.com with the reason for the return and we will contact you with the return address for the physical products.

If the physical products or the “Time Management” digital course are not exactly right for you, you have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the package for the physical ones and for the “Time Management” digital course from the moment the payment is validated to return them for reimbursement. The refund will be made through your initial payment method.

For the Digital Journal given the format of the product (editable PDF) there is no possibility of it being returned once it is downloaded to your device after payment validation.

Please note that all physical products must be returned new, unused and with the complete original packaging.

If the physical products returned show signs of damage or use and do not contain all the original packaging mentioned above, you are not entitled to a refund.

We recommend that you use the same box in which the order originally arrived.

We suggest that you keep all the original packaging until you are sure that you want to keep the ordered products.

The return shipping cost is paid by you and not reimbursed by COCOCHARD. You can choose any courier company to return your parcel. Returns sent by post are not accepted.

Once we have received the return and evaluated it, if the return meets all the conditions mentioned above, we will proceed with the refund. Remember that only the value of the returned product will be reimbursed within 3-30 days from the acceptance of the return.
We do not refund courier costs.

Items that are not returned in accordance with the above policy are not refundable.

Refusal of the parcel: If you refuse to receive the parcel, it will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, COCOCHARD has the right to withhold courier fees and any additional fees related to transport.

For card payment orders, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the purchase within 3-30 days of accepting the return.

For cash on delivery orders, the amount will be returned to the IBAN account mentioned by you within 3-30 days from the acceptance of the return.

Every care has been taken in preparing the content of this website to ensure that the articles and terms are accurately described. However, technical inaccuracies and/or typographical errors may appear from time to time. There may be small variations from time to time in the style or color reproduction or in the text descriptions. Because the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot promise or guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will actually reflect the color of the product delivered. Therefore, minor color deviations are not considered a defect. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct claim or in terms of consequential loss regarding the accuracy of the information contained in any of the sections of this website, regardless of whether this results from a breach of duty, breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise.

We are not responsible for any use of the products if you use them for purposes other than those for which they were made.

The terms and conditions together with all our policies and procedures will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Romanian law, and the competent courts in Romania will have exclusive jurisdiction.
